About the Owner

Hiawatha Snow'd Inn started as a dream to retire one day in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We fell in love with the area years ago and have been making the trip up from southeast Wisconsin since 2012, originally as avid snowmobilers. The name says it all, we've been snowed in more than once and wouldn't have it any other way. We keep the property for ourselves in winter so we can enjoy the trails, which is why we open it to guests from spring through fall. When we're not here ourselves, we want guests to experience the same thing that drew us to this corner of the UP: great water, incredible trails and the kind of quiet that's hard to find anywhere else. We're committed to making sure every stay goes smoothly and we're always reachable if you need anything.
